Who Can Register As A JV Partner

You can register as an JV Partner if:

• You are 18 years of age or over.
• You have a valid account with
• You accept and abide with all the terms of use and rules mentioned on this page.

JV Partner Promotional Links

You will be able to get your promotional links once you complete your registration.

Terms

• You cannot use in your promotions domain names that include trademarks (like KillerCashToolkit or IncomeBees)
• You cannot SPAM to promote this affiliate program.
• You cannot make any false and/or fake promises at all.
• You cannot include your affiliate links to pornographic sites or any adult sites, or to any site that has NOTHING to do with Internet Marketing, Niche Marketing and any kind of legal Marketing on the Net.
• You cannot use your affiliate links to order or to register as a sub-affiliate.
• You cannot place a direct link or affiliate links to any sales pages into a traffic exchange.

In general, do not try to cheat the system or your account will be disabled without any further notice.

Commission Scheme

You will receive between 50% and 100% for each sale generated by your affiliate link in line with your membership status.

Payments

Payment will be made on sales generated from your affiliate links even on products that have a guaranteed refund policy for the customer.

What this mean to you: All orders come with a minimum guarantee of 30 days. You will get the credit for a sale instantly but must be aware that a customer may request a refund from us during the guarantee time allocated to individual or multiple product sales. Although you can get paid instantly on your 100% sales, if a customer requests a refund you are bound by these terms to return the commission paid to you back to the customer. Failure to do so will mean an immediate termination of your account with us for life.

For example, if someone orders through your 100% commission link on the 16th of June, you'll be paid for this sale on the 16th of June. If the same person who purchased from your affiliate link requests a refund on the 15th of July, before the 30 day guarantee expires, you are bound by these terms to return the commission paid to you back to the customer. If your membership status is set as such that you cannot receive 100% commissions we will handle all refund requests.

We use Paypal.com for making all partner payments.

Your affiliate account is bound to the terms mentioned on this page and failure to comply with them will result in immediate deactivation of your affiliate account and possible prosecution. Furthermore, if we feel, based on our own personal opinion, that you have misused, or have engaged in any form of unethical actions or malpractice, we may deactivate your affiliate account at any time, and request that you cease promotion immediately.

By submitting and application and being accepted as a JV Partner of Killer Cash Toolkit you acknowledge that you are excepting the above terms whether you have read these terms or not.
